I have worked in the health and wellness field for over 15 years helping thousands of clients reach their wellness goals, implementing a healthy lifestyle and creating a new life beyond stress and illness.

I am a qualified gym instructor as well as life coach. I have successfully helped many clients learn and implement powerful tools and techniques to bring about personal and professional change and overcome difficulties in their life.

I am dedicated to supporting those whose lives have been negatively affected by stress, illness and difficulties. My years of experience and expertise in the health and wellness field has greatly influenced my mission to help others acquire knowledge, create new habits, and make developments  that significantly aid in shifting stress and illness to health and well-being. My own life experiences provide me with an understanding of how difficult life can get sometimes, as well as how to overcome these difficulties and re-energise your life.

I have worked in the health and wellness field for over 15 years helping hundreds of clients reach their wellness goals and create a new life beyond stress and illness. I understand the challenges and fears that go hand in hand with stress and illness and I am well versed in showing people what it takes to reach their goals by offering a step-by-step, partnered approach to doing it!

My passion to honour peoples situation, ignite their motivation, and support them in learning the skills and inner training that promote health and wellness is demonstrated in everything I do at Healthy Lifestyles.

I am the creator of a healthy lifestyle programme and author of a book; Combating Stress – The Healthy lifestyle Way. My philosophy is simple: The Mind and Body are connected; they both have to work well and together to achieve success.    I offer information and specialist life coaching to:

  • Help others achieve life, health, wellness changes
  • Support others in overcoming mental and emotional barriers that get in the way of dealing effectively with stresses, anxieties and obstacles.
  • I aim to help others fulfil their potential to the maximum in a practical and realistic way.

I provide my stress management coaching and healthy lifestyles services directly to individuals or to companies for their employees. Face to face, telephone and email based services are available. My practical forward looking approach enables my clients to move forward quickly. 

As a motivational Speaker I passionately deliver high impact presentations sharing my knowledge and introducing practical easy to apply tools and techniques in a fun, but informative way. 

As a Coach I provide inspiring, supportive, and personalised stress management and healthy lifestyle living coaching.

As an Author I bring to the written word answers for health and wellness issues, sharing information, strategies, philosophies and skills that can help empower others to completely change their life.

As a facilitator of Workshops I deliver empowering events that leave participants ready to take action to make dramatic improvements to their life.

To provide you with an insight into my driving force, i quote from the introduction of my combating stress – the healthy lifestyle way book:

‘For a time my life was like  an emotional roller coaster ride. I  experienced  many difficulties, but survived. Having recovered from post traumatic stress disorder in my mid 20’s, and living through my own sister’s descent into addiction of prescription drugs, her constant battle to break out, culminating in her premature death, are events which created within me an unbreakable passion to make the difference to other people whose lives I touched.’

I now knew that I had to do something about helping others tackle stress, and lifestyle issues, I set out on a journey to bring the tools that I had once been taught to rescue me, to help others, and show them ways to manage stress in their life, as well as enabling them to create healthy lifestyles. I wanted to share this knowledge with everyone. All around me I saw people that would benefit.

Personally, I want to contribute to the world that I live in. I believe everyone has a purpose in life. Mine is to help people live a healthier and happier life. It is for that purpose I have had to experience the emotional roller coaster that life has challenged me with. To have experienced so many difficulties and survived, has not only made me stronger as a person but has also given me the knowledge of what it takes to be happy, healthy, physically fit, positive, and confident no matter what the trials and tribulations one may have to face.

It is now for me to teach others, bringing my skills to the world of coaching, personal development and self help.I am creating a compelling life vision for my own life, making my mark and leaving a positive legacy in to the world having used my unique gifts and talents to making a difference.
